CD Projekt RED announced Cyberpunk 2077‘s PC specs during the September Night City Wire episode. Despite launching at the end of a console generation, Cyberpunk 2077‘s minimum and required specs don’t make use of the newest CPUs and GPUs, though a solid-state drive (SSD) is recommended for best optimization.

They’re surprisingly lenient, too — you won’t need a beast of a rig to run it.

Cyberpunk 2077 Minimum Specs
  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Driver: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB or AMD Radeon RX 470
  • Storage: 70GB HDD
Cyberpunk 2077 Recommended Specs
  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
  • Driver: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
  • Memory: 12GB
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
  • Storage: 70 GB SSD

The spec sheet also notes that Cyberpunk 2077 supports Dolby Atmos sound, assuming players have an Atmos sound set.
